  1. Initial signal acquired, object identified and initial detumble complete.

  2. Platform is alive, healthy and communicating; LEOP completed, ready for transition to Commissioning

  3. ADCS sensors and actuators verified

  4. Platform successfully transitioned to STANDBY mode and confirmed stable.

      • Power on payload in STANDBY (Manual State)
      • Perform telemetry checks and confirm health of payload instruments
      • Set up payload loggers
      • Record 1 hour of payload data from all the instruments.
      • Downlink payload data and manually transfer to customer
